HER Journey
I’m Ash, and building HER from the ground up is something I’m incredibly proud of.
What began as a small side gig has grown into a business and a life that I genuinely love. I’ve always believed in the saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life,” and HER has made that feel true for me.
The journey hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced challenges, setbacks and moments where I’ve had to dig deep and keep going, but every challenge has made me stronger and shown me what can happen when you back yourself, work hard and refuse to give up on what you believe in.
I’m incredibly proud of my team and the quality of work we deliver to every client. We put genuine care, passion and hard work into every property, and there is nothing better than seeing the difference we can make and how happy our clients are with the result.
HER is more than a business to me. It’s a chance to show other women, that women can pick up the tools, follow their passions and succeed in any industry they choose.
I hope HER encourages other women to believe in themselves, step outside their comfort zones and know that they are capable of so much more than they may realise.
Our roots in beautiful spaces
Based in Ferny Hills, Brisbane, HER Property Maintenance began with a genuine love of creating beautiful, practical outdoor spaces. From restoring overgrown gardens to helping clients maintain properties they can feel proud of, we love bringing fresh life and personality to every space we work in. As HER has grown, our purpose has grown with it, but quality work, attention to detail and a love of the outdoors will always be at the heart of what we do.

What truly sets us apart is the care, skill and pride we bring to every property. From regular garden maintenance and lawn care to full garden refreshes and transformations, we love creating outdoor spaces that feel tidy, welcoming and easier to enjoy. We take the time to understand each client’s needs and approach every job with attention to detail, reliability and genuine care.
Leading by example
We’re also raising our four boys to believe that everyone should have the freedom to follow their interests and build a life they’re proud of, without being limited by stereotypes. Our dream is bigger than simply building a successful business; we want HER Property Maintenance to show what’s possible when people back themselves, work hard and choose a path that feels right for them.
